Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Address

If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Support@paworapetsstore.com.

To process your request, please provide:

• A clear photo or video showing the damage

Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
