Returns & Refunds
We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at Support@paworapetsstore.com.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, we require:
• A clear photo or short video showing the issue  
• Your order number or proof of purchase  

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:
• A replacement at no extra cost, or  
• A full refund to your original payment method  

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind  
• Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or incorrect handling  
• Shipping delays  
• Sale items or gift cards  

Returned items without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is approved for replacement, a new item will be sent automatically once the issue is verified.

European Union (EU) Orders
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order only in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

To process your request, proof of the issue (photo or video) is required, as stated above.

Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
